# Employee consumption generated

> Notification sent when a new employee consumption changes accumulated consumptions.

> **Not yet supported.** Only [`employee.committed-expense.created`](https://docs.partners.api.cobee.io/en/api-reference/webhooks/events/employee_committed_expense_created) is currently available for subscription. This event is still a draft.

Sent when an employee's accumulated consumptions change because of a real new consumption, such as a purchase being authorized and charged or a void reverting a consumption within the same cycle.

Fetch accumulated totals from [`GET /companies/{companyId}/employees/{employeeId}/consumptions`](https://docs.partners.api.cobee.io/publicApi/en/api-reference/consumptions/endpoint/get_employee_consumptions) when you need the authoritative current state across benefit categories. End-of-cycle reconciliation does not trigger this event.

>
> The `period` field identifies the payroll period in `YYYY-MM` format. `consumption.sumType` is `expenses` for a charge and `withdrawn` for a void or reversal.
