Employee Lifecycle
Employee Registration
Creation and invitation of a new employee to the Cobee by Pluxee platform. During the onboarding process, a benefits model must be assigned to the employee.Employee Update
Update of one or more properties of an existing employee in the platform. Changes are applied in real time.Employee Temporary Deactivation (Block)
Change of an employee’s status that prevents them from making benefit-related transactions using the card (e.g., food, transport) while in this state. This is typically used when an employee is temporarily inactive due to medical leave, such as maternity or paternity leave.Employee Termination
Termination of the employee’s access to Cobee by Pluxee due to offboarding or dismissal. The employee will no longer have access to flexible benefits.Employee Restoration
Reactivation of an employee who returns to the company after being permanently deactivated. The employee retains their previous access.Employee Migration
Transfer of an employee from one company (“Company A”) to another company (“Company B”) within the same corporate group.Important Notice
Within a corporation and/or company, there cannot be two employees with the same legal ID number (DNI/NIE) and email address. This restriction means that employees working for multiple companies within a corporation can only be active in one company within Cobee, being recommended that they remain in the company where they receive the highest salary, in order to maximize the available amount for benefits consumption. This restriction also implies that to re-add an employee who was previously deactivated, a restoration must be performed, and to transfer an employee between companies in the same group, the migration process must be used.
